Support top Aussie celebs to keep it clean

SydneyTalent is proud to support SwearStop, an initiative of the Schizophrenia Research Centre to promote awareness of Schizophrenia.

Ray Warren and a host of other Australian celebrities are taking part in SwearStop this week and asking people to dig deep and sponsor them for a great cause. SwearStop is the fun online campaign to give up bad language for a week from 17th May to raise much needed funds for the Schizophrenia Research Institute.

“If schizophrenia, which destroys so many people, benefits from me taking swearing out of my vocabulary, then obviously it can only be a win/win result,” explained Ray.  “It will be fun to try and abstain but the effort will be more than worthwhile.”

Ray is joined by NRL’s Ben Ross, Nate Myles, Eric Grothe and Ricky Stuart, Sydney FC player Kofi Danning, Triple M’s Mark Geyer, Miss World Australia Sophie Lavers, Glenn Wheeler and celebrity chef Ben O’Donoghue.

SwearStop heroes just set up their web page at www.swearstop.com and then email their mates to sponsor them online to give it up.

You can sponsor your favourite celebrity at www.swearstop.com.au.

Anyone can get behind this campaign by nominating themselves or a friend to take part in the campaign from 17-23 May 2010 as part of Schizophrenia Awareness Week.  Just register online at www.swearstop.com.au, then email your friends, colleagues and family to sponsor you for the week.
