Workplace Code of Conduct
As part of the selection process with SydneyTalent, you are required to consent to our conditions of employment. This includes a detailed outline of your expected duties and responsibilities within the advertised position, as well as a summary of the SydneyTalent Workplace Code of Conduct. This code is intended to guide you in demonstrating the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and behaviour during the course of your potential contracted employment with us. The behaviours and standards expected of you include –
- A positive and flexible attitude to work
- Honest, fair, ethical, and respectful dealings with others including the SydneyTalent team, peers, host company management, and the general public
- Maintain a cooperative and collaborative approach to your interpersonal working relationships
- Be open-minded with respect to new experiences and feedback

- Be punctual and ethical in the use of your time (e.g. break periods) during working hours. Learn more

- Demonstrate respect for the host organisation’s ownership of equipment, company funds, supplies, records, and property
- Dress appropriately for the host organisation, ensuring that appearance is professional, presentable, clean, neat, and tidy. Learn more
- Do not use the Internet or any other forms of Social Media during working hours for personal use
- You should not use any work provided email address or telephone for private communications. Any inappropriate content or distribution of email could result in the termination of your placement.
