Meishana Bargh - Client Engagement Manager
Meishana Bargh joined SydneyTalent in September 2007 as a Client Engagement Manager. Meishana is responsible for business development and building relationships with the University to create fantastic work opportunities for our students.
Meishana has eight years of consulting experience working within the Public and Commercial sectors specialising in IT, Banking and Finance. Prior to joining SydneyTalent Meishana has been engaged in a consulting functionality and as a business analyst. She has held account management responsibilities and has been an integral provider of human resource solutions.
Meishana has expertise in the strategic development and implementation of driving business growth with both internal and external clients. Meishana's career has been highlighted by engaging in long term successful relationships.
She also has expertise in people practices prevalent in best employers and applies this research knowledge to the advice and solutions she provides to her clients.
Sinead Hartnett - Office Manager
Sinead completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Literature in 2002. Upon completion of her degree, she spent 3.5 years in London travelling and working as the Studio Manager of a graphic design company in Wimbledon Village. After returning to Australia in December 2006, she started work with SHL as an administrator, then EA, and soon became Territory Office Manager of Australia and New Zealand.
Sinead commenced work at SydneyTalent in September 2008. Between her role as Office Manager, she is about to start her Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies part time at the University of Sydney.
Amleth Lewis - Recruitment Consultant
Amleth Lewis (Amy) comes from a background of Human Resources with over eight years industry experience. This experience has been primarily gained at large organisations such as the Sydney Olympic Park Authority and most recently working in Recruitment Services and Diversity at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Amy's primary interest in her role at SydneyTalent is developing client relationship and satisfying clients needs against the needs of the students and the requirements and demands of industry. Amy sees her role as an integral part of the education process and the cultivation and assimilation of qualified students into the workforce.
Simone Ridgway - Recruitment Consultant
Simone has 5 years recruitment industry experience in the UK, primarily as a consultant working for Hays Accountancy & Finance, a division of Hays plc, a listed FTSE 250 business. She consolidated her recruitment consultancy experience whilst working for ABPM Ltd, one of the UK's leading independent recruitment consultancies, driving growth and providing interim management solutions across both Commerce & Industry and the Public Sector, successfully establishing a higher market profile for the business within the Midlands.
Capitalising on 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity working for the internationally renowned Hyatt Hotel chain, Simone then ran her own successful corporate catering business, offering bespoke catering services and corporate event management to local businesses and not-for-profit organisations in the UK, with her main clients including Birmingham City Council (the largest Metropolitan council in Europe), Birmingham University and a number of Health Service Trusts.
